Responsibilities:

  • Review tickets and assign technicians, monitor job execution, and prepare scopes of work for site-specific needs.
  • Maintain field schedules, act as an escalation point for delays, and respond professionally to all stakeholders.
  • Track SLA compliance, compile operational reports, and manage ticket data across internal systems and customer portals.

Qualifications:

  • Requires 1-2 years of experience in service coordination or project delivery supporting B2B clients.
  • Needs foundational IT knowledge and experience with access control or video surveillance systems.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills for fast-paced environments.

Work Setup:

  • This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines.
  • The work schedule is 8 AM-5 PM CST or 9 AM-6 PM CST.
