This role requires technical leadership by leveraging a solid background in software development so that they're able to challenge and grow their team members. The individual will influence the culture, facilitate technical delivery, and work with the team on direction and execution. Responsibilities include leading a team of Python engineers, hiring, coaching, career development, demonstrating engineering principles, planning projects, setting expectations, advocating for agile practices, and fostering a collaborative culture.
