Financial Analyst - Benefits

Virtus is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Benefits Client Success team. The Financial Analyst role involves providing high-quality reporting and analytics to enable the Benefits team to provide aligned data and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include sending Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to insurance carriers, populating spreadsheets, assisting with Due Diligence Projects, and completing financial analysis for clients. The ideal candidate should thrive in a professional work environment, showcase specialized technical skills, and demonstrate values of work product integrity and quality. The individual must have familiarity and good working knowledge of various Microsoft software applications (Excel) and Agency Management Systems. Position requires direct communication with clients, and the individual must have solid written and oral communication skills and a commitment to impeccable customer service.
