Head of Product

The Head of Product will ensure our solutions align with customer missions, unlock data for good, and deliver lasting impact, translating insights from the field into scalable product strategies. This role will shape both customer need and product vision. You will be part of a nimble team that thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and operates with a single priority: enabling mission success. You will own the strategy, influence execution, and be trusted to deliver. The role involves acting as a feedback loop between customers, delivery teams, and Palantir, defining and evolving the product roadmap, building repeatable knowledge, and partnering with leadership to align product decisions with margin, growth, and resourcing goals.
