Your role:
- You will contribute to client projects in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Performance & Goals
- You will take on diverse projects and meaningful responsibilities from day one
- You will collaborate closely with experienced Lead and Principal Consultants
Your qualifications:
- You have initial relevant experience in an HR environment, ideally related to Compensation, Rewards, Performance Management, Goal Setting, or HR Controlling
- You have strong analytical skills and an affinity for data-driven topics
- You are fluent in German and have good English skills
