Responsibilities:

  • Support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements.
  • Lead requirement-gathering sessions and design workshops to align HR processes with SuccessFactors capabilities.
  • Configure and support SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, LMS, Performance Management, and Goal Management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and 5+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
