Tour Coordinator - Ceremony of Roses

The Tour Coordinator will provide crucial support to the Directors of Tour Merchandise and the VP of Tour, working closely with various teams, including supply chain, creative and design, artist management, tour personnel, and venue staff. This role is pivotal in projecting and producing merchandise for sale at live events. Key responsibilities include managing atVenu touring setup by building out tour legs, entering product information and images, maintaining shipments, and keeping electronic warehouses up to date. The coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating and tracking merchandise shipments to tour locations, generating Fed Ex labels for tour shipments, samples, and addressing customer service issues. Supporting Tour Directors in managing open venue receivables and open settlements, maintaining artist schedules, and assisting with expense reporting and invoices are also essential aspects of the role. General support to tour and road staff will be expected. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow, curious, and highly organized with close attention to detail. A willingness to support the team as needed is essential.
