Cost Reporting Specialist

In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping us maintain compliance with state and federal funding agencies. You’ll translate general ledger data into various cost reporting formats required by different states and counties—each with their own rules, limitations, and quirks. Key areas of responsibility include evaluating accounting systems, workflows, and data processes, assisting in the preparation and submission of cost report data and financial analyses, supporting the controller during cost report audits, collaborating with government agencies and external accounting vendors, and providing monthly operations summaries.
