Growth Operations Director

Crete Professionals Alliance is seeking a collaborative, relationship-focused Growth Operations Director to join our newly established Team Grow. This role is critical to supporting the Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) in driving growth initiatives for all firms as part of the “Grow” phase of our Ready, Set, Grow onboarding process. The Growth Operations Director will act as the primary connector between RVPs, firm leadership, and Crete departmental leads, ensuring everyone has the information, tools, and communication materials needed to execute growth initiatives smoothly and consistently. This individual will develop practical resources, track progress, manage communications, and help maintain strong relationships across a complex and dynamic environment. The Growth Operations Director will manage the Growth Operations Coordinator and play a key role in keeping growth projects organized and visible—without directly owning execution of SME-led initiatives. The role involves communication & coordination, progress tracking & reporting and relationship management.
