Director, Product Management (Consumer)

Valon is seeking a Director of Product Management to spearhead the vision, strategy, and execution of its consumer-facing product portfolio. You will have a relationship with our users around homeownership and financial wellbeing. The mortgage servicing provides structural advantages for providing new financial products with cost, conversion, and marketing advantages. This includes growing our substantial lending business, partnering with our nascent insurance business, building our mobile apps, and launching new consumer products for millions of homeowners. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading and scaling product teams along with demonstrated success delivering high-complexity B2C products at scale, ideally in fintech. You must also have a proven ability to drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
