Accountabilities:

  • Manage the customer success story lifecycle from identification to distribution.
  • Build and run educational programs to drive customer adoption and product value.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS, preferably enterprise.
  • Proven track record of creating marketing assets that enhance pipeline and deal velocity.
  • Experience building customer education programs or academies.
