Director, Business Solutions

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Director, Business Solutions. Reporting to the VP, PMO & Strategy the Director, Business Solutions will work as a change agent and drive change and improvement across the BU. In charge of eliminating inefficiencies and creating value by reducing variation in the processes and systems to achieve sustainable results throughout the BU. Utilize Continuous Improvement techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process. Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps and documentation for project lifecycle activities. The candidate will standardize project management procedures, templates, and tools across departments. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Transformation and the ability to drive this across the SLT down to the organizations is required.
