Alphanumeric is seeking a Service Desk Team Lead to support a prominent Pharma company. This role involves acting as a team facilitator, ensuring excellent customer service, and enhancing team effectiveness through leadership, coaching, motivation, and mentoring. The Team Lead is responsible for team metrics on a weekly/monthly basis. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, providing coaching, preparing performance evaluations, monitoring queues, managing schedules, and reviewing KPIs. The role requires a college degree in computer science, 2-5 years in leadership, fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze problems and lead effectively.
