New Veterinary Regional Operations Director

Role Responsibilities:

• Owns full operational and financial performance for assigned hospitals, developing budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.
• Monitors key metrics and conducts regular operating reviews to assess performance and drive action plans.
• Leads ROI analyses and business cases for capital investments to support hospital scaling and efficiency.

Growth and Leadership:

• Identifies opportunities to expand services, increase access to care, and improve throughput across the network.
• Coaches and mentors hospital leaders to build accountability and strong performance cultures for high-performing teams.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to recruit and retain top veterinary and support talent, building leadership bench strength.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensures adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for compliance.
• Identifies operational risks and implements corrective actions proactively to maintain operational integrity.
• Acts as a key liaison between hospitals and corporate teams, fostering alignment and shared accountability.
