Job Description
Granicus is seeking an Experience Partner to develop and articulate comprehensive experience proposals, maintain executive relationships, and drive customer success. This role involves pre-sales alignment, project kickoff, and bringing industry expertise to drive better outcomes through extensive experience, services, data, and technical expertise. The Experience Partner will own their book of business, serve as the primary point of contact, and protect existing program revenues while growing revenues through upsells and cross-selling leads. They will also collaborate with Granicus leadership to shape the development of new services based on customer demand and insight, and represent Granicus in speaking roles and engagements.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital services, managing a portfolio of projects, and an understanding of human-centered design. They should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for public service and citizen engagement. The role requires a self-motivated, flexible problem solver who can thrive in a lean, proactive environment. This is a remote position based in Costa Rica.
