Job Description
The Conversational AI Designer will define, design and refine frictionless end-to-end service and support experiences leveraging AI and Gen AI technology.
- Responsibilities include designing and developing conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI, creating sample dialogs, and promoting conversation design best practices.
- The ideal candidate manages multiple priorities and proactively seeks clarity when needed.
- The candidate must be comfortable managing multiple priorities and have strong client-facing skills.
-The role involves interface with clients to develop user journeys/experiences, analyze data to identify trends, and optimize conversational performance.
