Job Description
This position involves engaging cross-functional stakeholders to align on research needs and define projects with clear goals and expected impact. You will identify and frame strategic problems, own the research lifecycle, and translate insights to influence both short and long-term product decisions. A key aspect of the role is creating understanding and empathy around user needs for the entire product team, including designers, product managers, and engineers. Leveraging qualitative and quantitative methods is essential to evaluate end-to-end experiences, ensuring the product portfolio supports a diverse range of riders. The role includes analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting study findings into key insights to be delivered to cross-disciplinary stakeholders in clear, concise, and compelling ways.
