About the Role:
- Provide operations support across Continuous Care, Targeted Care, and On Demand service lines.
- Answer client and caregiver calls, handle schedule changes, and document updates.
- Support scheduling logistics, review visit notes, and execute recurring tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answer inbound calls from clients and caregivers.
- Triage calls, document updates, and route follow-up.
- Support schedule changes; review caregiver visit notes; escalate urgent issues.
