Role Summary:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls on various Proxy and Information Agent Campaigns.
- Full time hours, Monday - Friday.
- Some Saturdays may be required.
Core Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle a large volume of calls from an automated dialer.
- Manual research of contact information for shareholders.
- Maintain an updated call center database by entering information.
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes:
- Call center experience of 1-3 years.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Experience working in a high volume/fast paced call center (virtual call center preferred).
