Project Management Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage team capacity, balance workloads, and remove obstacles to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Process Improvement:

• Drive process improvements, enforce best practices, and ensure consistent adherence to modern project management methodologies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and evaluations for continuous improvement.

Skills:10+ years of professional experience in project management within product-based software development companies.
