Job Description
Drive acquisition, conversion, and experimentation across major digital channels in this hands-on, full-stack marketing role. You'll manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Search, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, bidding strategies, and creative testing. Additionally, you'll build and optimize landing pages, implement A/B tests, and track behavioral data using tools like Hotjar, GA4, and Posthog. You'll also support new go-to-market strategies, ideate growth experiments, and manage special projects. The role also includes supporting new marketing team members and filling operational gaps across SEO, lifecycle, or comms as needed. Ideally, youβre capable of producing and testing basic creatives.
