Engineering Manager (Fully Remote in Poland)

As an Engineering Manager you have a deep understanding of your teams' technology. You are able to represent your team's needs and interests to stakeholders and other company leaders. You make sure that the decisions your team makes are aligned with YouGov's long term goals and vision. You own delivery and technical solutions within the team. You not only are a engineering leader but also a people leader. You help your teammates grow through delegation, feedback and regular 1:1's. You play an active role in the Engineering Management team shaping the entire YouGov Engineering Organisation. Delivery of your teams' projects, Alignment of your teams' decisions with company and teams' OKRs, Ownership of technical solutions within your team, Representing your teams' needs and interests to stakeholders and other company leaders Leadership of your teams' engineering efforts. Growth of your teammates through delegation, feedback and regular 1:1's. Implement technical solutions and processes that foster a healthy and efficient engineering organisation. Work closely with product manager to ensure timely delivery Actively looking for opportunities to automate tasks to increase team efficiency
