Onboarding:
- Training users on the technical functions of the Expander and ILI platforms.
- Conducting leadership briefings at customer sites.
- Defining workflows and implementing Expander and ILI into existing toolkits.
Account Management:
- Driving user engagement and adoption.
- Managing relationships with user-level and executive-level stakeholders.
- Providing analytical support at customer request.
Renewals and Expansion:
- Working closely with Sales to facilitate contract renewals.
- Working closely with Sales to facilitate customer expansions.
- Soliciting and documenting customer feedback.
