The Deel HR Sales Team supports the Core Sales Organization with product-specific opportunities. As an Account Executive for Deel HR, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and nurturing client relationships in the region. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding sales team for Deel HRβ€”the fastest-growing product line within one of the fastest-growing tech companies in history. Meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets is essential, with the ultimate goal of securing new business, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the organization as a trusted industry partner. Lead and own our Deel HR expansion within the DACH Region. Grow and own your own targeted account list Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customers. Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales process.
