Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy via telehealth.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
Qualifications:
- Active Kentucky independent clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
