What You'll Do:

Manage and support a pod of 6-8 engineers through 1:1s, feedback, performance reviews, hiring, and career development.
Own planning, retrospectives, delivery health, risks; spend 10-20% time coding and shipping 1-2 PRs weekly.

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of software engineering/management experience with a path from hands-on to management.
Strong TypeScript, backend, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS; experience with AI tools in engineering workflows.
