About the Role:

- Partner with Product, Design, and customer-facing teams to define what to build.
Responsibilities:
- Set engineering strategy for quality, reliability, security, privacy, and operational health.
- Hire and develop strong engineers, set a clear bar, and handle performance issues.
- Make capacity, dependencies, forecasts, and risks visible early.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in leading engineering teams that delivered measurable customer or business results.
- Possess technical depth to challenge architecture, product, data, and operational decisions.
- Have shipped AI-powered products or workflows to production and can explain the results.
