What you will do:
- Lead the engineering team for Scheduling, setting expectations and coaching engineers.
- Shape technical direction through design reviews and architecture discussions.
- Deliver customer and business outcomes by partnering with Product and Design.
What we are looking for:
- Experience leading engineers and strong technical judgement.
- Track record of delivering customer-facing software and developing engineers.
- First-hand experience with AI development tools.
Technology experience:
- Experience with distributed, cloud-native SaaS systems.
- Proficiency in PHP, Go, Python, and AWS (or equivalent).
