About the Role:
- Lead a cross-functional product team, responsible for technical direction, delivery, structure, and health.
- Support and grow an autonomous, high-performing team while partnering with product and design.
What You'll Do:
- Own the shipping and logistics domain end-to-end, including carrier integrations and rate shopping.
- Champion AI adoption and hold the team accountable to engineering fundamentals like TDD and SOLID principles.
- Foster a culture of accountability and healthy communication.
Your Experience:
- 3+ years managing high-performing engineering teams with a track record of delivering business value.
- Recent hands-on software engineering experience with technical depth for architectural decisions.
- Strong grasp of Agile, experience in SaaS or startup environments.
