What you'll do:
- Own the weekly cadence for Channels and Analytics, unblocking engineers proactively.
- Improve developer experience by bringing structure where it adds speed.
- Develop engineers through 1:1s and coaching, including senior engineers toward management.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years managing engineers in a product-delivery capacity.
- Based in a European timezone (UTC to UTC+3).
- Startup or scale-up experience and technical credibility, with genuine AI/LLM fluency.
What success looks like:
- Day 30: Run two 1:1 cycles, own weekly cadence, and map the codebase.
- Day 60: Concrete unblock in Channels, security compliance documented and distributed.
- Day 90: Engineers proactively bring problems to you, engineering manager recovers a full day per week.
