Loop is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Support & Stability team, stewarding the highest-risk domains and using AI to turn recurring support patterns into permanent fixes.
You'll lead a team that measures everything, gets ahead of problems, and uses AI as default.

What You’ll Do:

Own stewardship of critical domains, build measurement systems, and prioritize root cause over volume.
Lead first-line triage of support tickets and push AI adoption as the default starting point.
Negotiate scope boundaries with other teams and represent system health to leadership.

Your Experience:

3+ years of engineering management with ownership of platform reliability or critical-domain code.
Experience using AI agents as a default part of workflow and making systemic fixes.
Strong technical depth and people management skills with direct feedback and accountability.
