Senior Manager, Engineering (Nova)

Role Overview:

• Lead the engineering groups responsible for agentic experiences and AI-powered capabilities in the core Iterable application.
• Balance organizational leadership with high-level technical vision across frontend, backend, and applied engineering teams.
• Define roadmaps, navigate ambiguity, and drive architectural standards in a fast-moving product area.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and scale multiple engineering teams building agentic and AI-enabled product experiences.
• Act as a strategic partner to Product, Design, and Data Science leadership to define the technical roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Drive the overarching technical architecture of agent workflows, orchestration logic, and application integrations.

Who You Are:

• Have at least 8+ years of hands-on software development experience and 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong background in application or platform engineering with a track record of scaling systems in a SaaS environment.
• Experience leading teams that integrate complex AI or ML-powered capabilities into production systems.
