About the role:
- Turn community needs into clear requirements and designs for Clarity Human Services.
- Grow to own larger features and a wider product share.
- Work with Engineering and customer-facing teams.
What you'll do:
- Define, prioritize, and drive product enhancements.
- Create workflows, wireframes, and prototypes, then test them.
- Turn customer feedback into product decisions.
What you bring:
- At least 3 years in product management or business analysis.
- Experience writing software requirements and technical docs.
- Sound judgment and clear communication.
