Role Impact:

  • Supports a software development team in planning and enhancing a Software Asset Management application for CMS.
  • Leverages ITAM processes to ensure accurate asset tracking, compliance, and cost optimization for the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives while maintaining JIRA and information radiators.
  • Coaches the team on Agile practices and works with Product Management to groom and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Identifies project risks and dependencies, and ensures adherence to governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Environment:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in an Agile environment, with Scrum Master certification.
  • Needs expertise in Agile tools like Jira, and skills in managing multiple projects in a high-tempo setting.
  • The position is 100% remote within the US, requiring the ability to pass a CMS background check.
