What You’ll Do:
- Build scalable dashboards (e.g., Power BI or code-/AI-based tools) for employee insights with excellent UX
- Translate data into clear and actionable insights
- Ensure data quality through validation frameworks and consistent governance
Qualifications:
- Experience in building scalable dashboards (e.g., Power BI or code-/AI-based tools)
- Strong data storytelling and dashboard UX skills
- Experience with data quality management and validation frameworks
