Virtual Paralegal (Drafter)

As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. You will work full-time with the Client company, and Offshore Launch provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As a Virtual Paralegal (Drafter), you will be responsible for accurately entering and reviewing client data into drafting software systems, drafting legal documents using provided software, templates and checklists, and proofreading and editing documents to eliminate errors and ensure consistency. Additional responsibilities include conducting document reviews for formatting, grammar, and internal consistency, assisting attorneys by completing assignments on time and ahead of schedule, and managing and prioritizing multiple client files and tasks simultaneously. Collaboration with the team is essential to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient workflows.
