Director, Clinical Product Management

Role:

• Execute on the StudyHub product roadmap, aligning clinical and operational priorities with H1's technical capabilities.
• Partner closely with client stakeholders—including clinical operations, data science, and digital leadership—to surface requirements, validate direction, and maintain trust.
• Lead discovery and delivery cycles with a cross-functional team including engineers, data analysts, UI/UX designers, and AI scientists.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years at the Associate Director or Director level or leading a product area end-to-end.
• Demonstrated experience building or managing data products—pipelines, dashboards, analytics platforms, or clinical/research data tools.
• Pharma, clinical research, or health data domain experience; ability to engage credibly with clinical ops and R&D stakeholders.
