We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our HR team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with experience in the Web 3 industry. This role is crucial in helping us build a strong team to drive our mission forward. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, managing candidate experience, and maintaining the ATS. The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in tech or fintech, with Web3/Crypto experience being a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
