Final QA Execution:

• Review bookings assigned to you before they go to the client.
• Confirm that everything is consistent across all relevant tools.
• Check passenger details, flight routing, and extras arranged in the client trip record.

Multi-Platform QA Checks:

• Verify the amount and client details, ensuring it links correctly to the right booking on the invoice.
• Read through recent communications to ensure they are accurate and appropriate in tone.
• Confirm all required fields are completed and the booking status is up to date in task records.

Record Maintenance and Escalation:

• Log QA outcomes and notify your Team Lead when each review is complete.
• Flag any issues to your QA Team Lead immediately with a clear description.
• Re-check relevant fields after corrections before marking the booking as QA-approved.
