Principal Compensation Consultant

The Compensation team designs and manages programs to motivate and retain top talent. As a Compensation Consultant, you will play a key role in the development, implementation, and management of DoorDash's compensation strategy, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business and employees. You will support DoorDash teams as a strategic partner and compensation expert through data-driven decisions, applying your extensive knowledge and staying abreast of industry best practices. You will identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning applications to improve and find efficiencies in compensation processes, and you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.
