Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee adaptation, submission, and tracking of digital content for DTC pharmaceutical web properties.
- Manage full-lifecycle digital copy submissions and approval workflows in Veeva Vault.
- Facilitate live MLR review sessions and drive post-review content updates.
Core Competencies:
- Deep expertise in structuring web copy for DTC audiences and translating clinical jargon.
- Advanced mastery of English grammar and style guidelines for digital channels.
- Strong understanding of regulated pharmaceutical copy lifecycles and FDA compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital content strategy or copyediting in pharma/healthcare.
- Proven experience with Veeva Vault Promomats and managing MLR review sessions.
Work Environment:
- Remote work environment with standard business hours.
- No travel required.
