- Mentor and develop junior copywriters, providing feedback and training to strengthen their writing and strategic thinking.
Requirements:
- Experienced pharma copywriter with proven ability to create compelling and compliant messaging across multiple channels.
- Inspiring mentor and leader dedicated to developing and guiding junior writers.
- Strategic thinker who understands nuances of healthcare messaging and audience engagement.
