Technical Product Manager

As the Technical Product Manager, you will own, define, and articulate a compelling product vision aligned with the company's mission for generative AI applications. Key responsibilities include building actionable product requirements and technical specifications with a customer focus. You will collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize the development of Unstructured’s product suite, focusing on creating customer-forward experiences across UI and programmatic access patterns. This involves developing a product with engineering excellence in mind to meet performance, security, and scalability standards. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, tailoring the product to meet specific customer needs. Work with sales, marketing, and customer support to gather feedback and support go-to-market strategies. Implement metrics to track product performance and user satisfaction, continuously identifying areas for improvement across product, engineering, and sales funnels.
