Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Consumer Care Intern to join our remote team. You will play a hands-on role in strengthening customer support platforms, optimizing internal processes, and leveraging technology to improve the consumer experience. This internship will provide you with practical exposure to knowledge base management, data visualization, and process automation. As a Consumer Care Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to several high-impact projects, including organizing knowledge articles, supporting new content development for Chatbot integration, and ensuring the knowledge base meets the needs of both internal teams and external consumers. You will also collect and track critical metrics, develop performance dashboards and reports, and identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline manual reporting tasks.
