Our Research & Development (R&D) team operates at the group level, driving innovation, guiding technical strategy, and shaping the next generation of financial technology across all our business units.
You will work on projects that span multiple domains, from designing next-generation architectures to powering new business lines, modernizing infrastructure, and shaping future-facing strategies around AI, security, KYC, automation, and more.
You will collaborate on ideation, prototyping, and execution of new revenue-generating products and businesses. You will design scalable, production-ready backend systems, and partner with multiple business units to align R&D outcomes with group objectives.
