This position as Tech Lead in the Marketing Analytics Platform (MEP) team responsible for enabling and maximizing Marketing efforts through technology and product integrations. The team's goal is to uncover new growth opportunities through analyses and determine the best infrastructure and processes for growth. The Tech Lead will develop a vision for the Marketing Analytics Integration Ecosystem and drive architecture decisions that impact the entire marketing analytics platform. The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving services, focusing on performance, scalability, and resilience. The Tech Lead will support existing systems, enhance functionality, increase scale, and transform them in new ways to meet our product demands. The position requires working in a collaborative and agile environment that prioritizes people over process. It includes working with cutting-edge technologies and edge cases on a global scale.
