The Associate will work directly with the Enterprise Sales and Enterprise Strategy & Operations teams in a unique opportunity to help drive growth with top customers. Expected to leverage internal and external datasets to assess the health of top customer relationships, evaluate customer pain points, and establish expertise on the drivers of the Corporate business. Responsible for making recommendations and driving strategic initiatives, including process improvements, performance analysis, and business case development for marketing and product tests.
The role involves consulting on expansion and growth with top customers, assessing customer performance, determining blockers to growth, evaluating incentive structures, and driving growth strategies. Supporting Enterprise Sales team operations, facilitating key performance initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional partners. Also involves developing analytical tools to assess the performance of implemented initiatives.
