Site Construction Manager

Position Overview:

• The Site Construction Manager will work as a construction subject matter expert.
• Responsible for supervising a team of discipline specific construction managers.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely updates.
• Provide oversight to the project’s overall cost and schedule.
• Oversee and manage change orders, ensuring scope changes are documented, approved, and incorporated into project plans.

Essential skills and experience:

• 15+ years of construction industry experience; with focus on full construction experience.
• Must have experience with combustion cycle projects.
• 15+ years in progressive leadership roles, supervising construction teams, managing clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
