Role Purpose:
- Responsible for leading commercial strategy
- Responsible for proposal development
- Responsible for project execution support
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site operations including safety, quality, scheduling, inspections, and permitting
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to contract terms and licensing requirements
- Assume responsibility for construction means and methods when acting in a General Contractor capacity
Required Qualifications:
- Active General Contractor’s License
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from pre-contract through closeout
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
