Vice President, Clinical Quality

This role will be instrumental in leading Aledade’s success in delivering high-quality, value-based care. Primary duties include strategic leadership ensuring alignment with organizational goals and national quality standards. Driving strategic initiatives to position the company as a leader in clinical quality performance, developing and championing evidence-based clinical programs with organizational-wide impact, optimize collaboration to achieve industry-leading outcomes. Another key aspect is leading the development and execution of sophisticated data systems for collection, analysis, and reporting. Spearheading advanced analysis of trends to proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities for substantial improvements in chronic disease management metrics, fostering innovation and setting benchmarks for the industry.
